Vineet Singh Hukmani is a global music artist, singer-songwriter and music media entrepreneur from Noida, India.
Known professionally as Vineet, he’s a chart-topping independent musician whose work spans pop, rock, hip hop and electronic genres. Beyond his own music, Vineet has also made waves as a visionary creator, he was co-founder and former CEO of India’s international radio brand Radio One, and has pioneered multimedia projects like a music multiverse and immersive music-book combinations.
For Michael Jackson fans, Vineet has recently offered a fresh and heartfelt homage to the King of Pop. Ahead of the highly anticipated 2026 Michael Jackson biopic, he released a series of Indian-influenced reinterpretations of iconic Jackson classics such as “Billie Jean,” “Beat It” and “Thriller.” These reimagined tracks blend traditional Indian textures like sitar and tabla with contemporary pop arrangements, preserving the essence of the originals while adding a unique cross-cultural touch. Vineet says this project stems from a lifelong admiration for Michael Jackson’s work and aims to honour the global impact the superstar has had on artists across the world, including himself, making this tribute a bridge between global pop heritage and Indian musical tradition.
