Throughout human history, artists have been painting on so many supports, from the rocky walls of a cave to the common canvas.
So when 41 years old Rachel Shuttleworth discover she had a talent in reproducing images on nails, she made it her business.
From Disney Characters to celebrities, she can do it all! To the point it has became a very successful business.
“Betty-Rose Beauty Boutique” in Nelson, Lancashire, UK, has started as a top up for Rachel’s revenue and now is her prime income.
‘I had always been quite artistic in school, doing sketches and even artistic projects in Geography.
‘My sister had done nails before, and I just said, do you know what, why don’t I try it?But everyone just laughed at me.’
To enhance her creativity, she took a portrait course in London, and the results are the incredible designs she has become known for.
And obviously, Michael Jackson is one of the designs she created among others.
Rachel has big plans going forward, dreaming of opening up a training academy and entering a nail competition to show off her dazzling designs.
