Some fans who ordered the Official Michael Jackson Keepsake Trading Cards may be experiencing a sense of déjà vu.
The collectible card set, first announced in October and originally scheduled to ship in December 2025, was later postponed to January 2026. Now, according to recent communication sent to some customers, shipping has been delayed once again, this time to March 2026.
Keepsake has stated that the delay is due to additional quality checks, explaining that the set is “almost complete” and that they want to ensure the final product meets expectations for collectors. However, several fans report that they did not receive any proactive update and only learned about the new timeline after contacting the company directly.
For collectors, communication is just as important as the product itself. When release dates shift multiple times, a lack of clear and timely updates can understandably lead to frustration, especially for those who purchased the set as a holiday gift.
Delays in Michael Jackson–related merchandise are not unfamiliar within the fan community, and each new postponement tends to raise concerns about production timelines and communication between licensors, partners, and customers. At this stage, it remains unclear whether this latest delay is purely related to manufacturing quality control or other logistical factors.
What is certain is that fans who placed pre-orders deserve consistent updates when timelines change.
If you ordered the Keepsake trading cards and have not received any notification about the March shipping update, we recommend contacting Keepsake directly with your order number for clarification.
