JMG is the artist name of Jerome Grare, French painter from Lisieux.
He started painting in 2020, first portraits and landscapes but move quickly to the pouring technic, which consists of pours of paintings coming to be superimposed, without having to use a brush.
From his already large portfolio, it is clear that JMG is a huge Michael Jackson fan as he painted numerous tributes to the King of Pop.
Locally, JMG is getting noticed and even having an exhibition at the hall of “Espace Victor-Hugo” in Lisieux. Several abstract paintings as well as portraits of Michael Jackson and Marilyn Monroe will be on display until Saturday 29 April. Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 17 p.m., at Espace Victor-Hugo in Lisieux. Free admission.
