Halloween has now passed and gone but it will have a repercussion on the charts for few weeks.
In the US, Michael Jackson is still at #54 in the Billboard Artist 100. “Thriller” the album went from #81 to #61 this week on Billboard 200 while “Essential” is still at #99. “Thriller” the single is yet to be accounted for so hopefully next week we will have more news on that.
In the UK, the single “Thriller” did better with a spot at #41 on the Official Singles Chart Top 100 (Last year it was at #40). “Somebody’s Watching Me” re-entered the same chart at #68.
In the Official Albums Chart Top 100. “Number Ones” is at #26 and in the Albums Streaming Chart, “Number Ones” is at #14 but no sign of “Thriller”.
In the Official Singles Sales Chart Top 100, “Thriller” topped at #18 and “Somebody’s Watching Me” at #56.
In the Official Singles Download, “Thriller” topped at #17 and “Somebody’s Watching Me” at #53.
