Before I reveal the winner of our annual poll on who is Michael Jackson #1 impersonator, I would like to thank all the fans that have participated and voted. I would like also to show appreciation to part of our community that really mobilised behind some of the impersonators they think deserve the title of #1 Michael Jackson Impersonator.

The aim of this poll is really to bring our community together and I feel it has accomplished just that.

Since we started this poll in 2017, we learned a lot and modified the poll. Not only it got bigger and much more diverse but also we implemented a more fair voting system which avoid any trickery. By doing so, we saw the number of votes decreasing meaning that each vote is now a true vote and not just one person voting multiple times to trick the voting system. This came at a cost but frankly, our community and the winner deserve it!

So to the winner of this poll now… I am so pleased to announce that the #1 Michael Jackson Impersonator 2023 is…

1,206 fans entered the poll and voted for their favourite contestant for the #1 Michael Jackson Impersonator 2023. Leonor won the poll with 387 votes. The vote took place for a month from February 16, 2023 to March 16, 2023.

About Leonor Jackson:

This is the first time that we have a female impersonator winning this poll and it just shows how diverse and integrated our community is, so a big congratulation to you Leonor! Also I have noticed that her community really mobilised behind her and campaigned to make sure she is where she is on the poll!

Leonor Jackson, of her real name Ingrid-Vanessa Vanderkimpen, was born in 1997 in Colombia, adopted and moved to Belgium, she discovered Michael Jackson on TV during the THIS IS IT Press Conference. She is now performing as an impersonator of the King of Pop mostly in Belgium and France.
