Underprivileged children’s choir in Chennai nail the A R Rahman-Michael Jackson medley

A Chennai based NGO, Nalandaway Foundation, got a group of children known as the Chennai Children’s Choir, to sing a wonderful AR Rahman and Michael Jackson medley.

This group of underprivileged children from Chennai singing some of the most well known tracks by AR Rahman and Michael Jackson will make you nostalgic.
A Chennai based NGO, Nalandaway Foundation, got a group of children, known as the Chennai Children’s Choir, to sing a wonderful Rahman-Jackson medley.
From “Yeh Tara, Woh Tara” to “Heal the World”, all of them sing the medley flawlessly in tune. Six children in the choir are visually challenged and two have spectrum disorder.

The children come from “severely exploited and marginalized backgrounds.” The video made by Nalandaway Foundation, empowers children coming from underprivileged backgrounds through theatre, visual arts, music, dance and films.
