More Michael Jackson items for grab at Julien’s

The next auction at Julien’s with Michael Jackson items will take place on November 19 & 20.

Few items of interest will be for grab:

A black rip-stop nylon long-sleeve jacket with white reflective plastic collar, epaulets and decorative piping, worn by Michael Jackson as he accepted the Artist of a Generation Award presented by Bob Geldof at the BRIT Awards held on February 19, 1996, in London. Jackson subsequently wore the jacket during the opening sequences of the Spike Lee directed video “They Don’t Care About Us” filmed in the Dona Marta neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro. The jacket originally had one of Jackson’s signature armbands, which was removed for use on another jacket. A Dennis Tompkins Michael Bush label is present.

A bomber jacket gifted to Michael Jackson by a World War II fighter pilot who visited Neverland ranch. Jackson later gave the jacket to his lawyer Marvin Mitchelson to auction at a charity event which did not come to pass. Unsized.

Includes clip from magazine with photo depicting Jackson wearing this exact jacket.

A Michael Bush and Dennis Tompkins custom made orange corduroy button down shirt.

This shirt was worn by Michael Jackson to his 1992 induction ceremony where he was declared Prince of the Village of Krindjabo in the Ivory Coast.

A black wool fedora hat worn by Michael Jackson during the HIStory world tour during 1996 and 1997. “Michael Jackson” is printed in gold on the inner band.

The hat was obtained by a roadie who worked on the tour.

And A pair of gold aviator Richard Fossaas sunglasses worn by Michael Jackson on the Victory tour throughout 1984. The glasses have “MJ 33-01 84” engraved on the right arm. Accompanying the glasses is a Victory tour backstage guest pass from the person who originally acquired the glasses from Michael as a gift on August 4, 1984

And A sliver wristband with faux diamonds worn by Michael Jackson on stage during the Jackson 5 performance at the Brighton Centre, Brighton, England on February, 10 1979. The wrist band has a name tag sewn on to the reverse with the Michaels name on it.

Jackson gifted the wristband to the original recipient when she was pulled on stage from the crowd at the concert.

Or A pair of black leather loafers worn and later signed by Michael Jackson in gold felt-tip pen. He has signed the right shoe “Michael Jackson” and “Love Michael Jackson” on the left shoe. No size label present.

A prop AR-15 A2 prop rifle with Colt’s firearms stamp and black strap, pointed at Michael Jackson by a “soldier” on stage during Jackson’s performance of “Earth Song.” The rifle was used in multiple performances during Jackson’s 1996 HIStory World Tour.

More items are available such as signed pictures, LPs and so on.
