Korean TV Channel postponed “Leaving Neverland”

The TV Channel “Catchon” in Korea was supposed to air the so called documentary Leaving Neverland on June 3.

However the decision to postpone the programme was made following the mobilization of Korean fans.

Words even got to Taj Jackson regarding a law protecting the deceased (article 308) and he is currently actively looking for a lawyer in Korea!

Any Korean lawyers out there? I have been getting many emails about Catch-on and their showing of Leaving Neverland in Korea. Is it true about Article 308 and defamation of the dead? If it is, I want to sue. I’m a relative and therefore qualify. Let me know.#FactsDontLiePeopleDo

However, it is unclear if the channel will still show the programme later this year. It is said they are waiting for the result of the HBO vs Estate lawsuit to take the decision.
