To celebrate the release of the upcoming biopic Michael (dropping April 24), Proto Hologram teamed up with Lionsgate and Hologram Media Network to roll out 57 hologram units across malls and cinemas in the US. But this isn’t just a visual tribute, it’s a full-on dance experience.
Appearing in holographic form, Jaafar Jackson and young actor Juliano Krue Valdi greet fans before breaking into signature-inspired moves. The real highlight? A virtual dance lesson from legendary MJ choreographer Tone Talauega.
Step by step, fans are guided through iconic moves, including the moonwalk, making one of the most famous dance techniques in pop culture feel surprisingly within reach.
The immersive experience is live at major hotspots like the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood and Times Square in New York through May 2.
