Taipei, we’re Startin’ Somethin’ in 2027!
The four-time Tony Award®-winning hit MJ The Michael Jackson Musical is heading to Taiwan.
Following hugely anticipated stops in Japan and Singapore, the international production has announced that Taipei, Taiwan will be the third confirmed destination on its Asian tour, with a limited season scheduled at the Taipei Music Center from April 2027.
The announcement was made on social media by the production’s tour company, adding another major Asian destination to the growing international journey of the musical.

The musical has already thrilled more than 8 million audience members worldwide, bringing Michael Jackson’s music and extraordinary career to stages around the globe.
Taiwan will now join Japan and Singapore as part of the musical’s expanding Asian tour.
The Asian journey was first announced with Japan, where MJ The Michael Jackson Musical will play at Tokyo’s Tokyu Theatre Orb from January 28 through March 14, 2027, with 53 performances scheduled.
