12 years after Michael Jackson passed away, the world remembers and honours the King of Pop.

Fans, Jackson’s family members, friends of the King of the King of Pop and celebrities took on social media to pay tribute to Michael Jackson.

According to social media posts, fans visited the outside of his boyhood home in Gary, Indiana and Forest Lawn where Michael is resting. People left notes, flowers and memorabilia. Fans also used social media to convey their memories, admiration, along with thoughts and prayers for the music icon and his family.
