The Estate and their lawyers are now going after Robson/Safechuch’s main lawyer, John Carpenter.
Jennifer Keller, part of the Estate Attorney team, has filed a motion for order to enforce Carpenter to comply with the California Rules of Professional Conduct.
Keller stated that John Carpenter has gone in a recent media blitz and numerous improper and unethical statements and interviews to the press including TMZ, The Daily Beast, The Daily Mail, The Rolling Stones and Variety in the goal of poison the jury pool.
Keller pointed out few of those lies to the press:
1. Accused the Estate to concealing evidence
2. Michael Jackson possessed child Pornography
3. The upcoming biopic would be used as a model for pedophiles
4. Comparing Michael Jackson to the Catholic Church and Donald Trump
It is against the law for a lawyer to make extrajudicial statements. If proven by the Estate’s team, Carpenter could be removed from the case.
