Production continues for “Michael”

More photos have leaked from the sets of “Michael”, the Michael Jackson Biopic.

First, some pictures of a reconstructed famous toy shop was seen in Burbank area in Los Angeles on March 22. A full Toys “R” Us store was the back drop on a scene for the biopic which seems to be taking place in 1986 as per the vintage cars present in the carpark and in the street nearby. Also a vintage limousine that looks like one of Michael’s car was seen on the set.

Filming at Hayvenhurst has started. The property owned by the Michael Jackson Estate formally the Jackson family house since 1971, was buzzing with set crew members and security since March 25.

Jaafar Jackson was filmed driving a car, with an actress by his side, into the property. Due to the Afro wig Jaafar is wearing, this is a scene from the 70s.

From the perspective of the set photos, it was not clear whether Jackson was actually driving or whether the car was being towed, as most actors in film and television suits do not have control of vehicles due to liability concerns.

Michael lived in Hayvenhurst from 1971 to 1987 when he purchased Neverland Ranch. But Michael kept the property and paid the bills until 2009 and this is why this property is now in the hands of the Estate.

But here some of the pictures from the set:
