More and More information is coming out regarding the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic.
The latest is that the production is using a Michael Jackson Stunt Double for the movie.
Ninurta Elam, a 3rd generation SAG-AFTRA Stuntman, will do difficult parts of the movie that Jaafar Jackson cannot do.
Elam is specialised in Stunt fighting (all sorts of martial arts), falls/hits, stunt driving and fire burns stunt.
He worked mainly for Television and was a stunt double in “This Is Us”, “S.W.A.T”, “9.1.1: Lone Star”, “Sugar” and many other TV series. He also appeared in few movies such as “Miss Virginia”, “Candy Cane Lane” and “Prey by Night”. He also done a stunt for one music video for Tyler the Creator in “I Think”.
Now we can only speculate to what he will be used for: Driving around LA? The difficult jumps “toaster” on tour? The crowd mobbing Michael? Or for the Pepsi burn? We shall wait and see.
