MJ: The Musical – Tickets back on sale!

MJ: The Musical has been put on hold due to COVID-19 but it is now going to finally open its doors.

The Musical will open its doors on December 6, 2021 for previews with Tickets go on sale next Tuesday, May 18th. The show will fully open on February 1, 2022

The pre-sale will also include a special limited time for only the fans, which will be announced on Michael Jackson’s social media platforms on Friday.

The Musical has been having some issues since it was announced: change of name – originally called ‘Don’t Stop Till You Get Enough’; “Leaving Neverland”; Cancelling pre-shows in Chicago; Lynn Nottage – playwriter – stating she believes Wade Robson and James Safechuck; the synopsis being criticized by fans for being sloppy; poor pre-sales when it first opened the box office…

Some of those issues have divided the fan community: “Why will I support and go to see a musical written by a woman who thinks Michael Jackson is guilty!” says a fan on twitter after Nottage’s interviews in different Newspapers. “I am so excited! I just booked my ticket for the opening night! Germany is here for you Michael!” said another fan on Facebook.
