As announced back in January, Sony and the Estate were “winning” the case raised by fan Vera Serova who is taking the two to court for the 3 fake songs on the 2010 album “Michael”.
However today, Vera announced on her social media that the Supreme Court agreed to review the Court of Appeal’s decision meaning that if they agree with the decision, all hope is lost to get to the truth about the 3 songs but if the Supreme Court decide to reverse the decision, the case will go to the Supreme Court to be argued again.
Vera will also have the chance to review her argument if the Supreme Court decides against the decision of the Court of Appeal.
