As usual, let’s start with the good news. As Announced at the MJ Celebrations in Las Vegas, “Off The Wall” has been certified Diamond by the RIAA. Also “Billie Jean” has been certified 2x Platinum in Greece, selling over 4,000,000 units.
In the UK, “The Essential Michael Jackson” is at #15 in the Top 100 Albums and #11 in the Top 100 Albums Streaming.
In the US, “The Essential Michael Jackson” is at #87 in the Billboard 200 Albums and #24 in the Billboard 40 Catalogue Albums. “Thriller” is at #116 in Billboard 200 Albums, #45 in the Billboard 50 Catalogue albums, #44 in the Billboard 50 Album Sales and #22 in the Billboard Vinyl Albums. “Billie Jean” is at #98 in the Billboard Global 200 Tracks and #101 in the Billboard Global 200 Tacks excluding the US.
In Greece, “Thriller” is at #27 in the Top 75 Albums and “Billie Jean” re-entered the Top 100 International Tracks at #94.
In the Digital World, “Dirty Diana” has now surpassed 300 million streams on Spotify.
