Michael Jackson fans have spoken and they have put Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil at the very top!
Following weeks of voting, the results of the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards are now in, with Michael Jackson ONE officially voted #1 Best Las Vegas Show of 2026.
The production, which celebrates Michael Jackson’s music, movement and artistry through the signature acrobatics and theatrical spectacle of Cirque du Soleil, came out on top of a field of 20 nominated Las Vegas shows.
Fans Put ONE On Top
When voting opened, Michael Jackson ONE was already sitting near the top of the leaderboard. At one point, it was holding the #2 position behind Barry Manilow’s The Hits Come Home!.
Fans were encouraged to vote once every day before voting closed on August 24.
Now, the final results have been revealed and Michael Jackson ONE has taken the #1 spot!
The recognition is particularly meaningful because the award is determined by the readers rather than a judging panel. The USA TODAY 10Best programme first selects nominees through an expert panel, but the final rankings are decided by public voting.
That means this is a win for the audience who continue to support and experience the show in Las Vegas.
Another Big Recognition For ONE
This isn’t the first time Michael Jackson ONE has appeared among the top Las Vegas shows in the USA TODAY 10Best awards.
The production finished #2 in 2025, after also ranking #10 in 2024 and #2 in 2023.
The latest victory therefore marks a new high for the show, moving from runner-up in 2025 to #1 in 2026.
Michael Jackson’s Music Continues To Shine In Las Vegas
Michael Jackson ONE opened at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in 2013 and has since become one of the most recognisable permanent productions associated with Michael Jackson’s legacy.
The show brings together Michael’s music with dance, acrobatics, visual effects and Cirque du Soleil’s distinctive production style, creating an immersive celebration of his artistry.
USA TODAY has previously highlighted the lasting appeal of the production, with ONE continuing to be described as a major part of the Las Vegas entertainment experience.
And now, more than a decade after its debut, the show has another major accolade to add to its list:
#1 Best Las Vegas Show, USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards 2026.
