FRANCE: The Lawsuit by 3 French Fan Clubs postponed to December

Today, the tribunal of Orleans which was supposed to take a decision on the lawsuit between 3 Michael Jackson Fan clubs and “Leaving Neverland”‘s protagonists has been postponed to December 5.

Three associations in France: MJ Comminity, MJ Street and On The Line have lodged a complaint against James Safechuck and Wade Robson regarding their says in the so called documentary “Leaving Neverland”.

In France, you can go to the police to lodge a complaint towards others if you feel you have been victimed of a crime or prejudice.

It will be up to the French Justice system to find if the complaint is justified and can go to court.

The 3 fan clubs have lodged the complaint against the 2 “actors” of the movie yesterday and more information regarding this complaint will be reveiled soon by those fan clubs.

Why this has been postponed? The reason is that Wade Robson was not found to be notified yet. The court said they would like to hear from all parties before taking a decision.

A dozen of fans came to the hearing and they will have to come back on December 5… if the court can find Wade Robson in the US.
