On January 28th, 2017 the Uptown Music Collective will present a one night only performance entitled King of Pop: HIStory. Michael Jackson’s contributions to music, dance, and fashion made him a global figure in popular culture for over four decades. For one night only, the students and alumni of the Uptown Music Collective will come together pay tribute to that legacy with a concert featuring the greatest hits of the King of Pop’s amazing solo career. To make this concert even more of a must-see, every dollar from every ticket sold will go directly to the Uptown Music Collective Scholarship Fund which will help the Collective continue its policy of never turning away a deserving student.
