The Michael Movie Experience Arrives in Mexico City

As global anticipation continues to build for the release of Michael, Universal Pictures has unveiled a new official immersive activation in Latin America: The Michael Movie Experience, coming to Mexico City to celebrate the life and legacy of Michael Jackson.

The experience will take place at Reforma 222 in Mexico City, offering fans a unique journey through the history, music, and artistic evolution of Michael Jackson, from his early beginnings to becoming one of the most influential global icons of all time.

More than a traditional exhibition, this immersive installation is designed as a sensory experience that allows visitors to connect with different chapters of his career while highlighting his cultural impact and lasting legacy.

Fans attending can expect a wide range of interactive and engaging elements. The experience will explore key moments from the King of Pop’s career, dive into the creative process behind his music, and showcase some of his most iconic stage outfits up close.

Visitors will also be able to take part in a dynamic dance activity inspired by his legendary performance style, along with themed photo areas and a visually rich environment inspired by the upcoming film Michael. These elements are designed to fully immerse fans in the world of the biopic.

Alongside the interactive features, the event will include music, themed spaces, and dedicated photo opportunities, creating an atmosphere built around celebration and remembrance of Michael Jackson’s artistic legacy.

Admission to the experience is completely free, and it will run across two weekends: April 17 to 19 and April 24 to 26, from 12:00 to 20:00 daily.

Located in one of Mexico City’s busiest and most popular areas, the activation also highlights the strength and dedication of the Mexican fanbase, widely regarded as one of the most passionate and active communities supporting Michael Jackson’s legacy worldwide.

This new experience is part of a growing series of international promotional activations leading up to the release of Michael, further emphasizing the global reach and enduring impact of Michael Jackson.

Also in Mexico, a striking official mural dedicated to the Michael biopic has been unveiled as part of the film’s promotional campaign. Created in collaboration with Universal Pictures México, the large scale artwork is inspired by the official poster of the movie starring Jaafar Jackson as Michael Jackson, capturing the essence of his transformation into the legendary “King of Pop.” The mural also glow in the dark. Located at Casa Picnic on José Vasconcelos 117 in Colonia San Miguel Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, the mural is open for fans to visit and take photos, remaining on display until June 2. The installation adds another creative layer to the growing promotional presence in Mexico, further engaging fans ahead of the film’s release.

  1. Should let Michael rest in peace. I don’t care who you are a relative friend whatever you can never be the real Michael leave his pass leave body rest peace. Just leave him alone leave him alone. no the people who pass away are supposed to be left in peace but all you do is keep bringing them up. Talk about his past. Maybe he has secrets in his life that he doesn’t want out. Maybe you’re letting them out so glad I’m sure glad I’m not in Hollywood because I wouldn’t want my life thrown at me.
