80s Club in Houston to reopen … with Michael Jackson on the wall

The pandemic has been hard on everyone, especially those working in the entertainment business, no matter where in the world, restaurants, bars, clubs have all closed up.

One Club in Houston, Texas is about to re-open its door on May 7. The club called “Cherry” has had the opportunity to revamp its interior!

The interior decor of the new venue is set to fit the original vibes of the 80s, including zebra print floors, walls painted with red glitter, paintings of music icons including Prince, David Bowie, Whitney Houston, Madonna and of course, Michael Jackson, and to top it all off, a mirrorball unicorn rotating above the dance floor.

The tables are shaped like vinyl records and the vintage televisions will play classic videos above the bar. The club will feature signature 80s-themed drinks, like Dream in a Bottle and the Rasberry Beret.

Expect some good music and we cannot wait to be able to travel again to check this club!

Cherry will be open from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Address: 308 Main St. | Houston, Texas 77002, USA.
