If Iowa’s caucus results are any indication, Donald Trump won’t be moving out of his New York City penthouse any time soon.
And now, you can live just a few floors below the billionaire real estate mogul in a luxurious apartment in Trump Tower that has been put on the market for $23million.
Once home to Michael Jackson, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom condo, listed by Dolly Lenz, 63 floors above Fifth Avenue, boasts spectacular views over Central Park through its floor-to-ceiling windows.
Spanning 3,725 square feet, it also features a grand living room, cherry-paneled library, black absolute granite and marble gallery as well as a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private dressing room.

There’s also a a private home office, a large laundry room, abundant closet windows and electric blinds for the apartment’s 28 windows that offer North, South and West-facing views over Manhattan.
And although it’s just a fraction of Trump’s own three-level gaudy penthouse valued at $100million, this apartment was once home to the presidential hopeful’s parents Fred and Mary, who lived there in the 1980s and 1990s.
It also includes the perks of using the building’s 24-hour doorman and concierge, state-of-the-art fitness center, valet and maid service.

And according to Page Six, Lenz says neighbors claim the property was once rented by Michael Jackson.
The late singer reportedly paid $110,000 a month to rent the apartment in the summer of 1994 after he secretly married to Lisa Marie Presley.
‘Some residents say Jackson rented it because he would be able to go in the elevator directly to the garage and leave stealthily out of the building,’ Lenz told Page Six. ‘That was a big allure.’

Trump himself claimed the singer was a ‘very good friend of his’, writing in TIME after the King of Pop’s death in 2009: ‘He was an amazing guy, but beyond all else, he was the greatest entertainer I’ve ever known.’
The tycoon also told previously CNN: ‘He lived in Trump Tower. He lives in various of my buildings. he sort of follows me around in that he sense that he likes what I have.’
Famous residents of Trump Tower have included Andrew Lloyd Webber and Bruce Willis.
In August last year, soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo spent $18.5million on an apartment in the famous building.

  1. Nice pad. Wonder how many folks who worship Trump on the campaign trail as ‘a man of the people’ could afford this?
