A brand-new photographic exhibition is set to electrify Paris this fall. From November 4 to December 29, 2025, acclaimed photographer Gaëlle Ghesquière presents “Pop-Rock Icons”, a stunning retrospective hosted at the Town Hall of the 7th arrondissement.
Known for her captivating rock portraits and her recent book celebrating Taratata with Nagui, Ghesquière invites visitors on a visual journey through the legends of modern music. The exhibition will not only showcase exclusive shots of Madonna’s Celebration Tour, but will also unveil never-before-seen photographs of Michael Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Indochine, and many more. A treasure trove for music fans, collectors, and photography lovers alike! This new exhibition brings together her most striking portraits of pop and rock superstars, but it’s the exclusive HIStory Tour images that will undoubtedly capture the attention of MJ fans. These never-before-seen photos reveal the King of Pop at the height of his 1996–1997 HIStory World tour, showcasing his explosive stage presence and unmatched charisma.
A Celebration for All Generations
“Pop-Rock Icons” promises to be a moment of sharing between fans of yesterday and today, capturing the unique aura and stage presence of the world’s most influential performers. For Michael Jackson fans in particular, the exhibition represents a rare opportunity to view unreleased images of the King of Pop through the lens of one of the industry’s biggest rock photographers.
