Sometimes, fans have to take things into their own hands and that’s exactly what Vernay and Ryan O’Neal are doing!
If you’re part of the MJ collectors’ circle, you’ll likely know Vernay and Ryan. They own one of the largest Michael Jackson collections in the United States. Not only have they been featured on TV and in other media outlets, but they’ve also been lifelong fans and collectors of the Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson.
When they got married in 2020 with a Michael Jackson-themed wedding, their combined collections became absolutely mammoth-tastic! In 2021, they received the Hector Barjot Award for Best Michael Jackson Collection. They’ve also organised some epic MJ Pool Parties over the years.
Now, after more than 40 years of collecting Michael Jackson memorabilia, Vernay and Ryan are finally sharing part of their collection with the public at the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City. Called the MJJ5 Exhibit, this showcase covers the legendary careers of both Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5.
The exhibition runs from June 15 (today!) through August 31, open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visitors will get to see incredible memorabilia, four life-size Michael Jackson figures, and a fun interactive area that includes MJ-themed games and a coloring station for kids.
