This is the last MJ Charts Weekly of February 2026 already and yes, “Number Ones” is still doing well along other Michael Jackson albums and songs, 4th weeks since it’s re-release! There also some surprises in the UK!!!
Let’s start with some great news, “Beat It” has been certified 4 x Platinum in New Zealand, selling over 120,000 copies. The album “Thriller” was also recently certified 5 x Platinum and “Invincible” set to 2x Platinum in Denmark. In the UK, few more certification came along too: “The Way You Make Me Feel” got certified 2x Platinum and “Chicago”, Gold, selling over 400,000 units.
Let’s start with the US with something extraordinary: “They Don’t Care About Us” re-entered the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales at #5. “Billie Jean” is also present in this chart at #7. “Number Ones” is at #23 in the Billboard 200 Album, #16 in the Billboard 50 Album Sales, #13 in the Billboard 25 Vinyls, #3 in the Billboard Catalogue Albums and #30 in the Billboard Streaming Albums. “Thriller” is also at #19 in the Billboard 50 Album Sales and #7 in the Billboard 25 Vinyls. “Billie Jean” is at #89 in the Billboard Global 200 Tacks and #83 in the Billboard Global 200 Tacks excluding the US.
In the UK, “They Don’t Care About US” is still in the Top 100 Singles Downloads at #81. “The Essential Michael Jackson” is at #7 and “BAD” at #95 in the Top 100 Album Charts. Both albums are also in the Top 100 Albums Streaming respectively at #3 and #84. “Number Ones” is at #51 in the Top 100 Albums Sales. “Number Ones” is at #40 and “HIStory” at #82 in the Top 100 Album Downloads. “Number Ones” is at #50 in the Top 100 Physical Albums and #36 in the Top 40 Vinyl Albums. “Dirty Diana” re-entered the Top 100 Hip Hop and R&B Singles at #20. “Moonwalker” is at #5, “Live At Wembley” at #21, “This Is It” re-entered at #38, and “HIStory Video Greatest Hits” re-entered at #45.
In Ireland, “The Essential Michael Jackson” is at #10 in the Top 100 Albums.
In Germany, “Billie Jean” re-entered the Top 100 Singles at #90. “Thriller” is at #45 and “BAD” re-entered at #91 in the Top 100 Albums. “Thriller” also re-entered the Top 100 Pop Chars at #16.
In the Netherlands, “Thriller” is at #27 and “BAD” at #63 in the Top 100 Albums. “Number Ones” is at #12 in the Top 40 Vinyls.
In Belgium, in the Wallonie’s Top 200 Albums, “Thriller” is at #29 and “BAD” at #131. In the Flandre’s Top 200 Albums, “Thriller” is at #39 and “BAD” at #86.
In Denmark, “Number Ones” is at #13 in the Top 40 Vinyls.
In Portugal, “Number Ones” is at #131 in the Top 200 Albums and “Thriller” is at #188 in the Top 200 Streaming Albums.
