Last night, the curtain fell for the final time on MJ The Musical at the Prince Edward Theatre, marking the end of a thrilling chapter in the West End journey of the King of Pop’s stage story.
The atmosphere inside the historic venue was electric long before the first note rang out. Fans of Michael Jackson filled every seat, knowing they were about to witness a special moment, the very last London performance of a show that has reignited MJ magic night after night. From the opening beats to the final bow, emotion ran high. Cheers turned into standing ovations, and more than a few tears were shed as the cast delivered a powerful farewell performance.
Since opening in the West End, MJ The Musical has transported audiences through the music, movement, and creative genius of Michael Jackson’s legendary career. Featuring iconic hits and breathtaking choreography, the production captured the spirit of an artist whose influence continues to shape pop culture worldwide.
But UK fans, don’t worry — this isn’t goodbye.
Once the London run officially comes to a close, MJ will hit the road with a major UK tour starting in 2027. The production will travel across the country, giving even more fans the chance to experience the energy, storytelling, and unforgettable music live on stage. For many who couldn’t make it to London, this will be the perfect opportunity to relive the magic.
The West End chapter may have ended at the Prince Edward Theatre, but the legacy lives on. MJ’s music never stops and soon, it will be coming to a city near you.

I know this stage performance is/was amazing. I would definitely love to see it. I never had the honor of seeing Michael Jackson or The Jacksons perform. They all were great performers but MJ was extraordinarily talented. He is definitely missed and loved by all. To see his nephew in this stage show would truly be a blessing. Hats off to all that are included in this production.
