All of this has taken social media by storm! A fan in Punta Arenas, Chile; climbed a Police Van and danced on Michael Jackson’s “Don’t stop ’til you get enough” and even managed a good moonwalk!
Police men were around the van not knowing what to do until the fan that social media calls “Jimmi Loco” (Crazy Jimmi) jumped off the roof and ran.
