China celebrating Michael Jackson’s Legacy

Chinese fans have had few events this week-end to celebrate Michael Jackson’s life and legacy. In the running of June 25, fans have started to gather last week-end and more events have been planned in the coming few weeks.

The first one was organised by Wang Jingyuan, China’s top impersonator, on June 18 in Changchun, Jilin Provence.

The fans gathered to remember Michael, 7 years after his passing. The gathering had also an exhibition of some of Michael Jackson merchandise.

The Second event took place in Shanghai on June 19 organised by the Michael Jackson Shanghai Fanclub (MJJSH). The event called “Dancing the Dream – 7 Years after his passing” hold performanced from Zhao Yongbin; a meet up with Chen Dongbiao, Translator of the Chinese version of the book “Dancing the Dream” and music critic Fei Qiang.

An exhibition of Michael Jackson merchandise was also to be seen and MJHidout administrators Toni Arias and Laura were also present to share their stories.
