Ripley’s New Michael Jackson Sculpture to be unveiled on June 25

Cristiam Ramos, winner of 20 awards and 2 World Records has been commissioned to create a Michael Jackson sculpture for Ripleys Entertainment Inc. owner of “Ripley’s believe it or not!” Museums, The company commissioned Cristiam a Sculpture of Michael Jackson for the Anniversary of His Death June 25, and this amazing sculpture will be display in some Ripley’s museums in US starting with the Orlando Museum.

The Sculpture is a tribute to pop music in general having as the central point the sculpture of the King of Pop Michael Jackson. The Sculpture is painted with over 40 pop icons faces that have marked the music through the years: Prince, Madonna, Elton John, George Michael, and much more. read more

Henry Leutwyler’s pictures on show in Switzerland

Czesław Czapliński’s photo of Michael on show in Wroclaw

Czesław Czapliński, a polish photographer and author of “I love you Poland” is showing one of his photo of Michael Jackson in Wroclaw, Poland.

The Exhibition called “Faces of Art” is taking place at Gallery Foto-Gen from May 12 to June 3, 2017.

Michael Jackson Remains Invincible

A series of exhibits at MoAD look at Michael Jackson through the lens of “mental colonialism,” an at the construction of narrative in Africa.

So many books have been written about Michael Jackson (more than 1,000), so many movies made (at least 250), and so many art exhibits produced (hundreds) that it seems almost impossible for anyone to create a unique take on the acclaimed “King of Pop.”

But along comes Todd Gray — Jackson’s first official photographer — and the Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD), where Gray has analyzed Jackson from a perspective that’s utterly original and counterintuitive: the idea that Jackson lived his life under the shadow of “mental colonialism.” Jackson’s life, Gray argues, was loosely connected to the long history of physical colonialism that — like the other colonialism — has left a legacy that continues to throttle millions of people around the world. read more

Arno Bani’s photo on show in South of France

The 32nd edition of the International Festival of fashion and photography is taking place in the southern city of France Hyeres. The event will take place the Noailles Villa from April 27 to May 1.

However, the exhibitions will run until May 28.

Arno Bani will also show 4 large portraits of Michael Jackson taken from the 1999 photo shoot.
